2. This type have two rooms ,three working covers.One is mainly for heating which have two Annealing

 covers.The cover of the main furnace come into the second heating furnace after the first furnace 

coming to 600-700 degree,meanwhile,it can be Annealing for glass with another cover,so it is never 

stoping and lasting forever,then save energy and time,good for high production

3. High density roller shaft made by extra thick steel and endured special treatment, no deformation, 

abrasion and aging resistance. Color optional, transmission drived by electric motor and swing

reducer, matching with high quality chain and bearing.

4. High efficient heat insulating structure: Usage of high density and high force heat insulating material,

 unique installation technique lowers power consumption and insolating from other components. Each 

heating zone has item own thermocouple, heating force and temperature change as per glass size.
